RP Idea- Teen Titans?

I'm sure some of you here, particularly the Americans about my age, are familiar with the old show on Cartoon Network, Teen Titans. The animated series was based on a popular comic series, having lasted longer than most CN shows. It's final episode aired in 2006. I'm not ashamed to admit that I was a fan of it when it was on, and when I was younger, I loved that show. Perhaps I still do, in some way.

Perhaps nostalgia has gotten the best of me, but I would like to start something new. The idea of a Teen Titans RP came to mind as The Last Laugh was being planned out. However, if I'm doing this, I'm going to do it right.

I propose a new subsection in the Beginner's RPs. It would be all for Teen Titans. There would be a Sign Ups thread inside, where it's first come first serve for the original Titans. In addition to those, after the five spots are taken (I naturally having the first pick), the options of using Terra or an original will exist.

Now, once you sign up, you will always have two places to post in. One will be the Titan Tower, which is basically the "main RP." What you do in there is ongoing, and it will all exist within the building our near it. The Titans can talk, socialize, train, plan, etc. in this place. What happens outside the Tower goes elsewhere.

Where elsewhere? In another thread, of course! This will be an ongoing, possibly never-ending, RP subsection. While the Titan Tower can always be used, there will be "Episodes," or missions, accessible for a certain amount of time. They lock as soon as they are finished; i.e., the crisis is avoided and the city is saved. The Titans will constantly be going on missions, and I will have a dice roll system determine which villains they will face. After that, there will be a briefing in the first post of the Episode as to what's going on.

I've thought of three new villains and have a good list of returning enemies. This will take place immediately after the series' end; after "Things Change."

I need to know who would possibly join, and which Titan you'd prefer to use. Even if you don't know the series, you could easily look it up if you just want to participate in a good old fashioned super hero RP. It's truly unlike what we have now here. It is lighter in tone than Graves/TLL. If you have any questions, comments, or critisism, post them here.

The character options, again, are: Robin, Starfire, Raven, Beastboy, and Cyborg. And after those are all taken, originals can be used along with Terra.

However, Sara told me over MSN that he wants Cyborg. So, with that and what Delilah told me over online at the same time:

-Robin: OPEN
-Starfire: OPEN
-Beast Boy: Silent Lamb
-Raven: OPEN (Delilah if not taken by someone else)
-Cyborg: Saradamon

-Tera: Possibly Delilah (Only if above are filled)

This is an example of how the dice system would work. This is just a test; not the first mission or anything. A certain number relates to a certain villain, and once I know who the enemy is, I can plan a mission. Simple enough.
